Our full, measured and transparent service for clients will be under-pinned by 10 clear visions. Detailed below is an example of what we propose to offer:

  1. We will provide you with 100 days 100% refund guarantee.
  2. We will provide you with a free and regular seminar to meet and discuss common recruitment issues with fellow professionals from within your business community.
  3. We will provide you with regular free market data based on our transparent recruitment benchmarking service.
  4. We will provide you with the value of 2 hours free temp labour in compensation if we have not provided you with a temp within 2 hours of vacancy instruction.
  5. We will provide you with 2 previous employer references with every candidate we submit to shortlist for a permanent vacancy in your company.
  6. We will advertise your vacancy free of charge and submit the response free of any fee, if we have not provided you with at least 2 candidates within 48 hours of Permanent vacancy instruction.
  7. We will provide you with a free service, which can manage the response of your own recruitment advertising twice yearly and our on-line recruitment software KeyNet. (Subject to some volume conditions).
  8. We agree to offer you financial compensation if we do not achieve 95% of our Service Level agreement to you.
  9. We are prepared to offer a free induction course based on your company needs for all staff we introduce and are subsequently employed by your company. We are also prepared to offer a limited number of free inductions to employees not introduced via the Keystone group.
  10. We will assign you a dedicated consultant who will co-ordinate your permanent or temporary recruitment needs.

The above commitments are made in good faith but are subject to the following conditions:

  • Clearwater cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted terms. We have a trading history of at least three months prior to a Clearwater partnership being offered.
  • We receive a pre-agreed period of exclusivity on all temporary and permanent assignments.
  • The volume of business must be of a sufficient level pre-agreed.
  • Accounts must be strictly settled to terms.
  • These terms and conditions are made in conjunction with our normal terms of business
